THE ROOTS OF MA YOGA

The “Ma” in Ma Yoga means “mother” in just about every language.

In Sanskrit, it also means the highest, most powerful and wise - like “Ma Kali”, the mother of all goddesses.

Ma Yoga isn’t just about becoming a mom to a baby - its about learning to nurture yourself, and in doing so open the door to your highest, most powerful & wise "Ma" Self.
